West 360 Digital partnered with UDR to build an expansive and seamless virtual tour experience for The Residences at Pacific City in Huntington Beach, California. This project combines both our Walking Tour and Aerial Tour services and features more than 500 panoramic points of view, making it one of the largest multifamily tours we have produced.

Users can move smoothly through courtyards, amenity spaces, model units, and elevated aerial scenes, creating a full picture of the community layout and lifestyle.

A Virtual Tour Designed for Maximum Engagement

Combination of On the Ground and Aerial Views
The tour blends traditional on foot viewpoints with drone captured panoramas. This allows viewers to switch effortlessly between street level detail and high level neighborhood context using the aerial bubble.

Hotspot Bubbles and Custom Arrows
To improve flow and clarity, the tour includes:

Interactive Map for Quick Navigation

The top left menu lists every major area of the property, giving visitors an easy and familiar text based way to move through the tour.
