Showcasing Arcadia at NeoCon in Chicago

For the second consecutive year, West 360 Digital partnered with Arcadia Contract to produce a comprehensive virtual showroom tour. Each year, the project is carefully scheduled to coincide with Arcadia’s new showroom installation for NeoCon, the leading commercial design event held at Chicago’s Merchandise Mart.

NeoCon is one of the most prestigious industry gatherings, attracting architects, designers, and decision-makers from around the globe. By aligning the tour with NeoCon, Arcadia maximizes exposure while also creating a digital experience for those unable to attend in person.

This year, we also added detailed analytics, allowing Arcadia to track which products are clicked and how visitors interact with the tour. These insights turn the virtual showroom into both a marketing showcase and a data-driven engagement tool.
